Meet The Team
Rachael – Director
Meet Rachael! Our visionary director, Rachael’s foresight and leadership has brought Greenhouse Learning to greater heights. Rachael will always be there to assist and answer any issue that clients and her team face, and she loves connecting with clients from all backgrounds! Alongside establishing a successful company, Rachael loves running and going on adventures outdoors!
Safeguarding: Rachael is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead, and updates her DSL Training every year, as well as attending regular events run by the Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership, to keep updated with the latest developments in safeguarding.
Chin – Second Director
Meet Chin! Our tech-savvy second director, Chin loves setting up IT systems and automating tasks using software. This can drive others mad with his zeal for continuous improvement, and so he has learnt how to tone down his engineering mindset! Chin is an “indoors” person, and enjoys DIY around the house, listening to podcasts, and practising on his guitar.
Natalie – Office Manager
Meet Natalie! Our artistic office manager, Natalie is both an excellent tutor and office manager. Any query you have, our trustworthy Natalie will always be there to answer you! Alongside indulging in her love for singing and reconnecting with her French roots, Natalie also has a big interest in reading, cooking and playing the piano.

Arfynna – Business Development Executive
Meet Arfynna! Our innovative business development executive, Arfynna is not only a fantastic tutor, but you can always find her excitedly sharing new ideas for the company and clients alike! When she is not liaising with clients, or busy tackling a website, Arfynna loves playing sports, having a picnic in the park and a good cup of tea.
Safeguarding: Arfynna keeps her safeguarding training up to date every year, as well as attending regular events run by the Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership, to keep updated with the latest developments in safeguarding. She is also responsible for keeping our policies up to date, including most recently updating them to comply with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) September 2023.
Lucy – Marketing Assistant
Meet Lucy! Our creative Marketing Assistant Lucy is studying Marketing at UWE alongside working with us and is loving every moment! From social media posting to website managing, Lucy enjoys every aspect of getting us out there! Lucy loves to travel having recently been to Australia and Fiji on a solo trip and is constantly planning her next adventure. She also loves live music – concerts, festivals, she’s done them all!
Naomi – Education Consultant
Meet Naomi! As our Education Consultant, Naomi is the first point of contact for families looking to get tutoring support. She is friendly and supportive, listening to the needs of the child or young person, to understand how we can best help them. When she’s not providing a listening ear to families, she loves reading, and has a wide and well-kept selection of house plants!
Jennie – Education Consultant
Meet Jennie! Our other Education Consultant, Jennie has 30 years of experience in shaping educational landscapes and fostering development. By conducting informal and engaging meetings with prospective tutors, Jennie can delve into their specific requirements and expectations. She is passionate about nurturing students’ learning and capabilities and can’t wait to see their successes!
Nathan – Blogger and Tutor
Meet Nathan! Alongside being one of our Bristol based Mathematics tutor, he’s also the clever writer behind some of the Greenhouse Learning Blogs. Not only is he passionate about teaching algebra, but Nathan also advocates for openly discussing mental health and supporting local film journalism.
